FAQs

Do I need experience to start?

Not at all! Our classes welcome every level — from total beginners to seasoned athletes. Just show up ready to learn, sweat, and have fun!

What should I bring to my first class?

Bring your energy! Wear comfortable workout clothes, bring water, and if you have hand wraps and gloves, bring those too. If you don’t have gloves yet, we’ll supply a pair for you at the gym — no stress!

How intense are the classes?

Expect a great sweat and a powerful workout! You’ll train at your own pace while learning real Muay Thai techniques that build strength, endurance, and confidence.

Will I have to spar right away?

Nope! We focus on fundamentals first. Sparring is completely optional and introduced only when you’re ready.

How often should I train?

Start with 2–3 classes a week and watch your fitness, technique, and confidence skyrocket!

How long before I start seeing progress?

Most people notice improvements in fitness, coordination, and confidence within just a few weeks. Keep showing up — consistency is the secret sauce.

Is Muay Thai good for fitness and weight loss?

Absolutely! Muay Thai is one of the most dynamic, calorie-crushing workouts out there — you’ll tone up, build muscle, and feel unstoppable.

What if I have past injuries or limited mobility?

Let your coach know before class — we’ll guide you with adjustments that keep your training safe and effective. Your journey is your pace.

Do you offer classes for kids or teens?

Yes! Our little/teen triumph academy teaches discipline, confidence, fitness, and self-defense in a fun, encouraging environment.

Do you offer a Women’s-Only Class?

Yes! Our Women’s Muay Thai classes offer a supportive, empowering space to learn technique, build confidence, and get an incredible workout. Whether you're new or experienced, you’ll feel strong, capable, and encouraged every step of the way.
